my top10 tips to stop constipation
1. Drink at least 1 - 2 lts of water per day. 2. Avoid eating bananas as they bind you. 3. Reduce your red meat intake its high in Iron & leads to constipation quickly. 4. reduce Tea & Coffee in your diet, because they are diuretics these push water out of the body. 5. Include fruits that are high in fibre & water. ie Kiwi, plumbs, Figs, Apricots & plumbs. 6. Avoid cheese as it also binds you & causes a build up of yeast in the bowel. 7. Include Linseed & Sesame seed daily in your diet. As they lubricate the bowel & break down matter quickly. 8. Exercise daily to encourage natural bowel movement. 9.
